Insurance
I accept private insurances and other health care providers as well as Health savings account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA). While Resilient Pathways does verify insurance benefits. It is the client's responsibility to check with their insurance provider to ensure that I am in network and if they have any copays or deductibles they may be responsible for.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
At this time all payments are received through Therapy Notes. Upon signing up for services you will be required to provide payment information.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 to 6:00 (last appointment is scheduled at 5:00) There is some flexibility for evening times based on availability and location of appointment.
